Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony

Saturday, 4 - 5:30 PM
Room 235

Using touch and simple movement, Breema exercises invite body, mind, and feelings to unite in a common aim. When body, mind and feelings are united, we become present and are able to move in harmony with the natural laws that govern life and health. By working with the 9 Principles of Harmony, we simplify and purify the activity of the mind and feelings, inviting a higher level of consciousness that is less mechanical and more purposeful to participate in our lives. We experience a natural vitality and a deep connection to all life. We invite you to join us for this special workshop where we will immerse ourselves in the principles and practice of Breema.

Jon Schreiber, D. C., director of the Breema Center in Oakland, California, has been teaching Breema internationally since 1980. His newest books, This Moment Is Eternal, and Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony, focus on the universal and practical philosophy of Breema.
